Kioritz Corporation, Tokyo, Japan and Shindaiwa Corporation, Hiroshima, Japan established a joint hlding company "Yamabiko Corporation" on December 1st, 2008 by means of transfer of stocks of both companies.

Announcement of plan to form a joint holding company with Shindaiwa Corporation
Following a business and capital alliance with Shindaiwa Corporation commenced on May 21, 2007, we, Kioritz Corporation agreed with Shindaiwa to unite two companies into a single entity governed by a newly formed joint holding company in Japan on or around December 1, 2008. Both believe this action will strengthen the commitment to the future.

ECHO refreshed global portal site once again to show pages in different languages.
